Pump, 3 Chucks, Hardware – no Adapter

This kit includes everything you need to get going with vacuum chucking EXCEPT the rotary adapter for lathes with a 1-1/4 x 8TPI spindle.  If you have a Robust lathe, and don’t already have a Robust vacuum adapter, select the vacuum adapter appropriate to your lathe – it can be found on the same web page this item was found on. 

If you have a newer Powermatic lathe, such as any of the 3520’s or 2014, select the vacuum adapter for the Robust AB and S16. If you have a Oneway, use their vacuum adapter, or use our other kit that includes adapters built into the chucks.  All other lathes with at least a .4″ or 10mm through hole in the spindle should also use the kit with built in adapters.

This kit includes assembly instructions, an imported a 110volt, 4CFM two-stage oil-less pump (warranted for one year), the complete hardware kit and three chucks made by Robust from solid 6061 aluminum, sized: 3.25″, 4.5″ and 6″.  Buying this kit saves you about 5% over purchasing the items individually. 

The polymer seals on the chucks have multiple sealing ridges and are 3D printed.  Each chuck comes with a Tommy-bar for removal. Some minor assembly required.
