6.0 Vac Chuck and Seal

This 6″ vacuum chuck is machined in our shop from solid 6061 Aluminum. The polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges and is 3D printed. The chuck is threaded 1-1/4″ x 8 TPI and comes with a Tommy-bar for removal.
This is our largest vacuum chuck. With a vacuum of 20-25″ of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 250 to 310 lbs. of holding force. For even more holding pressure, buy our Universal Hub and build your own large capacity chuck.
